Hubway is excited announce that a new station in front of the Cambridge Department of Public Works at 147 Hampshire Street in Cambridge is open and operational as of Thursday, August 10th!

The Hyde Square - Barbara St at Centre St station has temporarily been moved to South Huntington St @ Barbara St.

Hubway's newest station, Fresh Pond Reservation - 250 Fresh Pond Parkway in Cambridge, deployed on Tuesday, June 27th, and is active and available, directly in front of the Cambridge Water Department.
Following the completion of construction projects in the area, the Hubway station located on Atlantic Avenue at Lewis Wharf has been redeployed in its original location for the remainder of the season.

The Boston Area’s Popular Bike Share System’s New Annual Ridership Record Shatters Last Year’s Record By More Than Ten Percent. The Hubway program regularly serves upwards of 150,000 trips per month.
The 2016-2017 winter season will be the most expansive winter operations Hubway has ever had, which means more stations and bikes will be available than any winter before. Over 145 stations will remain in operation through at least December 31, with all the stations in Cambridge continuing to operate year-round.
On the evening of October 21st, member Justin H. of Cambridge became Hubway's official 5 millionth rider! We celebrated the occasion with a member prize drawing and some awesome gifts.
Effective Thursday morning, at 10am on September 22nd, after the morning commute rush, the two Hubway stations located at North Station, TD Garden - Causeway at Portal Park #1 & #2, will be moved to accommodate ongoing construction in the area.
