Additional Valet Services are Returning for Spring

Warmer temperatures are returning to Metro Boston. That means additional Bluebikes Valet Services are returning as well. Read more about the Valet Services that are making a comeback.

Bluebikes offers Valet Service for expanded bike and dock availability at high-volume stations during peak usage times. Each station is staffed by a Bluebikes team member allowing the station to operate at increased capacity. There are two types of Valet Services:

  1. Corral: select stations that tend to empty quickly during peak hours; corrals offer a guaranteed bike to rent.

  2. Valet: select stations that tend to fill up quickly during peak hours; valets offer a guaranteed dock to park your bike.

Locate Valet Services

It’s easy to find Valet Services in the Bluebikes app, or from the System Map. Just look for the green valet icon in the app or on the map (shown below). If you see this valet icon, that means that a Bluebikes staff member is available with extra bikes, or to take your bike (depending on the type of valet).
