Valet Service

UPDATE 4/4/2022: Bluebikes Valet Service has restared for the season

More docks and bikes are available at select locations.

Bluebikes offers Valet Services for expanded dock and bike availability at high volume stations during peak usage times and riding season. Barring inclement weather, each station is staffed by a Bluebikes associate, allowing the station to operate at increased dock and bike capacity.

When you arrive at one of these stations, please dock your bike as you would at any other station. It is each rider’s responsibility to properly dock their bike and end their trip. If you arrive at a corral, you can unlock a bike like you would at any other station. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to the Bluebikes associate on site.

See below for our valet schedule. Riders are encouraged to check the Bluebikes app before planning a trip. The app shows real-time bike and dock availability, and there will also be a valet icon present when the service is active.

Some valet and corral services have morning and evening shifts. If you are attempting to dock or grab a bike during shift change, there may be a brief lapse in when an Ambassador is staffing the station.
