Information on Bike Helmets

Here are some tips for fitting your helmet:

• Wear it level on your head, about two finger-widths above your eyebrows.
• Make sure your helmet fits snugly on your head and does not rock side-to-side.
• Buckle the chin strap and make sure it’s tight enough – you should only be able to fit about two fingers between your chin and the strap.
