Hubway's newest station, Third Street at Binney Street, has deployed with 15 docks in East Cambridge.
Hubway's 184rd (and Cambridge's 42nd) station is now open. It is located on the southwest corner of the intersection at the 3rd & Binney Civic Space (see map below), a public area created by the Cambridge Redevelopment Authority that features public art, plantings, and seating areas. The CRA also hosts food trucks every day from 11am-2pm (weather permitting).
The site lies approximately midway between the Kendall/MIT MBTA Red Line station and the CambridgeSide Galleria Mall, and is anticipated to become part of the eventual Volpe site redevelopment.
