Boston Common & Public Garden

Two separate but adjacent parks, the Boston Common and Public Garden make up one of the oldest public spaces in the country.

The Public Garden is home to beautiful plant and flower arrangements, along with some famous ducklings. During warmer months, you can enjoy a tour around the pond on the iconic Swan Boats.

Boston Common is THE oldest park in the country, and was the starting point of the Freedom Trail. Today, this 50-acre park is your place for fun and games, with large open fields perfect for playing catch or for catching free public performances and Shakespeare in the Park.
